Just Getting You Started: Congratulations, you are now engaged…now what?

Don’t panic, if you need assistance to just get you on your way, we offer a guide to planning your wedding. This involves a list of every possible option that could be incorporated into your wedding day, a timetable of when to organise each aspect in accordance with your planned date, and a full budget spreadsheet to set you up on your way.

Finding Your Perfect Venue: In your mind’s eye you will have an idea of your wedding day venue, but after a chat with friends and relatives and a look on the Internet, you realise that there is so much to choose from that you don’t know where to start or how to possibly decide on a budget.

No problem! Love to Plan can meet with you, take a brief of your requirements (e.g. total budget in mind, number of guests, style of venue etc) and your ideal venue will be thoroughly researched to supply a selection that meet your requirements.

An overview will be supplied and appointments organised for you to visit the venues in order to make your selection.

Supplier Finding Assistance: Sometimes finding a supplier who meets with your criteria, who is not too pricey and who comes recommended can be tricky…Love to Plan can step in. Your requirements are noted and the search starts on your behalf.

An overview will be supplied and appointments organised for you to visit the supplier (where necessary) in order to make a selection.

Some suppliers will also offer you a discount when mentioning Love to Plan Ltd.

Wedding Venue Set Up: Have you hired a venue which is essentially a blank canvas? Who is going to dress it? Are friends and family happy to set up the venue on your Wedding morning? Are you going to worry if it’s done properly?

There is a solution, we can come to you and take your brief on exactly how you want your venue to be dressed, which suppliers you have organised and the props that you have hired in / purchased.

We will then liaise with the venue and your suppliers and ensure that everything is set up perfectly to your requirements, allowing your friends and family to concentrate on their own preparations and most importantly, take the worry away for you.

Full Wedding Planning Including Wedding Day Co-Ordination: One of the best wedding presents to each other is to take all the stress and worry away and let Love to Plan take the reins and plan your wedding to your exact requirements.

This will not only save you time and money, but will allow you to enjoy the run up to your wedding without being bogged down by the minutiae.

Following a free, no obligation meeting, we will listen to your ideas, plans and dreams and take on all the legwork of making them come true. Every aspect is organised, from supplier finding to assistance with your table settings.

We will also be present on your day ensuring that everything is set up correctly; runs smoothly; timings are kept to, and most importantly making sure that you and your guests are having a great and memorable time.

All client and supplier meetings (within a ten mile radius of SN5 5AE); negotiated supplier discounts; UK telephone calls, and correspondence by e-mail and letter are included.

Run Out Of Steam: Have you both reached a point where there are not enough hours in the day to get the rest of the wedding organised and you are no longer enjoying the task in hand? We can step in, no matter what stage you are at, and take the reins and get you back on track to your perfect day.

Hourly Service: If you love planning your wedding, but have got a bit unstuck with a particular issue…perhaps you have separated parents and don’t know how to seat them for your wedding breakfast or you need some help getting to know the etiquette surrounding a wedding? Love to Plan can help. We have a wealth of experience in all aspects and will assist with any of your queries.

£ 35.00 per hour.

The first step is to meet with you and discuss your needs.

We offer a one hour consultation where we go through your ideas and requirements and then discuss the package ideally suited to you. This consultation is free of charge and there is no obligation to take it further.
