Having decided to organise a wedding in 3 months we were really excited about working with Natalie and gaining from her experience. We were not disappointed at all she was excellent.

She organised all our appointments so all we had to do was attend and make decisions. She kept us on track, kept us focused on what was important and made sure everything was done on time. On top of all this she even recommended cost savings so we were able to stick within our budget.

We also had the fortune of having Natalie present on our big day and it was such a blessing as she made sure all the preparations were done and that everyone was where they should be at any given time.

My daughter was getting married on 14th September 2008. As I did not have enough time to organise the wedding myself, I called upon Natalie Lovett of Love to Plan to organise the wedding for us.

From the initial meeting with Natalie, we liked her and we had great confidence in her ability to make our day one to remember. Our instinct provided to be a good one.

The ceremony and reception at Highclere Castle was organised to perfection. It went according to plan, the timing and every detail was supervised by Natalie throughout and it allowed me to enjoy the ceremony and reception without a worry.

The reception and dinner were to be held at our home. Natalie introduced us to the lady who would design and print the invitations, menu and placecards, the caterers, the patissier who would be making the wedding cake, the florist who would do the flowers for the ceremony at Highclere Castle and in the Marquee for our reception. The persons she recommended were extremely efficient in their fields and were a reflection of what she herself expected – Absolutely first class in every way.

Natalie is a perfectionist and every meeting we had with her proved to be a good experience. I trusted her completely and my daughter and fiancé were more than happy to be guided by her, even to her suggestion of a DJ company for the evening dancing.

May I finish by saying that Natalie stayed with us throughout the eventual day, and supervised every detail from early morning until midnight. Even returning the next day to make sure everything was completely satisfactory.

My husband and I give the highest recommendation possible to Natalie Lovett of Love to Plan, and would add that anyone fortunate enough to use her services can be assured of an extremely successful function.

Deciding to hold our ceremony and reception for 140 guests in our garden at home seemed such a great idea and we were initially intending to organise it ourselves.

What seemed like a great idea in March felt like a nightmare by April with so much to do. Fortunately common sense got the better of us and we contacted Natalie.

Right from our first meeting we were reassured and a huge sense of relief swept over us as we realised we had passed all the stress over to someone else. Natalie was brilliant, unbelievably organised with updates via telephone and e-mail on a regular basis and guidance and input throughout. Her knowledge of all things wedding related, including the working relationship she has with so many suppliers and contacts was invaluable and I lost count of the comments I had from guests about the attention to detail.

She negotiated on our behalf with caterers and suppliers alike and secured discounts that we would have been unlikely to attain ourselves – negating the majority of her cost. Natalie really understood the relaxed festival atmosphere we wanted to create and pulled it off with ease.

Ours was not an easy day to co-ordinate, 4 linked giant Tepees, one as a Moroccan themed bar; separate catering tent; 2 bars; bonfires; generators, as well as a band, lantern launch and even a campsite and loos for guests staying the weekend – everything ran like clockwork and appeared effortless to anyone that came but both Emma and I know how hard Natalie worked to achieve that.

We couldn’t recommend her highly enough and are sure that anyone that uses her service will have a fantastic day.
