Wedding Fayres allow you to browse at your leisure looking for ideas and most importantly meet with potential suppliers.

In a no pressure environment, you can see what the suppliers have to offer, talk to them about your wedding plans and ensure that you could work well together. This will give you the confidence to book their services, rather than just going on a word of mouth recommendation. Some suppliers also offer discounts if booking are taken on the day.

All Wedding Fayres organised by Love to Plan have a maximum of two of each supplier type in attendance meaning a really varied Fayre and very useful to you.

They allow the visitor to browse at their leisure and speak to the venue representatives in an informal setting which can lead to more venue bookings in a relaxed environment.

A Wedding Fayre is also a showcase for the venue and the organisational skills of the management and staff – a good, well run fayre means a good, well run wedding.

The key to any successful Wedding Fayre is organisation and variety, and we deliver on both counts.

As a venue you will be keen to ensure that a Wedding Fayre organised on your site is perfectly run so that you are viewed in the best possible light by each visitor, meaning an increase in wedding bookings.

We believe that it is important to add variety to your fayre – we really insist on having a cap on the number of each type of supplier, this avoids your visitors arriving and being faced with six photographers and four bridal shops all vying for their attention.  This still allows for healthy competition on stands, makes your fayre more exclusive and offers a wider variety of suppliers to the Bride and Groom, making it so much more useful to them.

This approach will help your reputation grow, and with it, your bookings!
